Industry-University Cooperation

Besides providing quality products and services to customers, as a citizen of the society, Clamptek has decided to implement a long-term program with academic institutions to help nurture future talents in the machining industry. We believe that the best way to give back to the society is to strengthen the relationship between industry and academia to push forward innovative thinking into the society and hopefully inspire young pupil to move the discoveries and germinate ideas into their creative process.

Employee Training

Personality and potentiality are important traits that Clamptek look for in regards to hiring. We have developed a series of training to help employees’ self-development and improve their professional skills and knowledge from different resources and department.

Clamptek also offers job rotation both domestically and internationally. The expatriate training provides chances for employees to gain different cultural aspects both socially and professionally, and learn about the impact of cultural differences.
